本政策由鲲鹏加速科技有限公司（ROC Acceleration Technology Co., Limited，中国香港，商业登记号：77340182，以下简称“我们”）发布，适用于鲲鹏加速器 iOS 应用、官方网站及相关 VPN 加速服务。请在创建账号、购买套餐或连接 VPN 前完整阅读本政策。如果您不同意，请勿继续使用相关服务。
VPN 数据承诺
VPN 数据仅用于交付您主动请求的 VPN 连接。我们不会出售 VPN 使用数据，不会将其用于广告、营销、用户画像、安装归因或跨 App/跨网站追踪，也不会向第三方披露数据供其自身使用。除提供您所请求的 DNS 解析、VPN 节点、网络传输、安全防护及 Apple 交易处理所必需的技术处理外，我们不会将数据用于其他目的。
1. Apple App Store 合规声明
iOS 客户端通过 Apple 官方 Network Extension Packet Tunnel 能力建立 VPN，不使用私有 API。应用由登记为组织的 Apple Developer 账号提供。在用户购买或使用 VPN 服务之前，应用会展示隐私说明，说明处理的数据、用途及参与服务的必要提供方。
我们遵守 Apple App Review Guideline 5.4：不会利用 VPN 功能进行广告注入、流量劫持、行为画像或与 VPN 核心功能无关的处理；不会出售、出租或向第三方提供用户数据用于其自身的广告、营销、分析、归因或追踪目的。
2. App Store 隐私标签摘要
当前版本不进行追踪，不调用 App Tracking Transparency（ATT），不使用 IDFA，不包含第三方广告、行为分析或安装归因 SDK。App Store「App 隐私」应披露以下 5 类与账号关联、仅用于 App 功能的数据：

3. 账号、身份验证与设备信息
在您同意应用内隐私说明后，应用会创建基础账号，并处理会员/账号标识、持久设备标识、设备平台、设备型号或系统名称、操作系统版本、应用版本及渠道标识，用于创建账号、维持登录会话、设备管理、兼容性判断、账号安全和防止滥用。持久设备标识可能来自系统可用的设备标识；若不可用，应用会随机生成标识并保存在本机。
邮箱为可选信息。您绑定邮箱、登录、修改密码或找回账号时，我们会处理邮箱、密码、邮箱验证码和登录令牌，用于身份验证、密码管理、安全通知和客户支持。请勿向他人泄露密码或验证码。
4. 会员、订单与 Apple 应用内购买
为展示和交付会员服务，我们处理会员状态、套餐或价格标识、金额、服务时长、订单状态、购买时间和订单记录。当前应用销售的是可重复购买的会员时长商品，不会在未获确认的情况下自动续费。
通过 App Store 购买时，Apple 处理您的 Apple ID 和付款方式。应用及服务器会处理商品 ID、交易标识、原始交易标识、购买日期、Bundle ID、签名交易数据或收据和验单结果，用于向 Apple 验证交易、避免重复发放、增加服务时长及处理退款或争议。我们不会取得完整银行卡号或支付卡安全码。Apple 根据其隐私政策处理交易数据。
5. 服务交互与业务网络数据
应用会处理您选择的地区和节点、设备列表、签到状态、邀请人 ID、邀请和奖励状态、公告读取状态、会员状态及订单查询，以提供您主动使用的功能。
应用访问账号、节点、订单或诊断接口时，业务服务器会接收完成网络请求所必需的 IP 地址、请求时间、接口路径、响应状态和登录令牌，用于传输响应、身份验证、反滥用、安全防护和故障排查。业务接口数据不包含您通过 VPN 访问的网站内容。
6. VPN 流量如何处理
只有在您主动选择节点并点击连接后，Apple Network Extension Packet Tunnel 才会建立 VPN。为提供服务，设备上的 Packet Tunnel、您选择的 VPN 节点及必要网络基础设施会实时处理 IP 数据包、源和目的 IP 地址、目的域名、端口、协议、DNS 请求、连接时间及加密网络流量。域名嗅探仅用于将系统生成的虚拟地址还原为实际域名并选择正确路由。
上述数据仅用于建立隧道、域名解析、加密传输、选择直连或代理路由，以及将响应返回设备。正式服务不建立浏览画像，不将 VPN 流量用于广告、分析、归因或追踪，也不出售 VPN 使用数据。使用 HTTPS 等端到端加密协议时，通信内容仍由相应协议保护。
我们不会在业务数据库保存浏览历史、数据包内容、目的地址历史或 DNS 查询历史。网络和安全系统可能为处理故障、攻击或法律义务产生最少的临时技术记录；我们限制访问，并在相关目的完成后删除或不可逆匿名化。
7. DNS、节点与必要服务提供方
当前 iOS 版本根据路由使用 DNSPod 公共加密 DNS（1.12.12.12）和 Google Public DNS（8.8.8.8）解析域名。DNS 服务会处理查询域名、查询时间和完成解析所必需的网络地址；境外 DNS 查询通过所选 VPN 节点转发。
Google 说明，其包含 IP 地址和查询详情的临时 DNS 日志通常会在 24–48 小时内删除，但为解决安全或滥用问题可能保留更长时间；其还可能保留移除 IP 地址后的汇总技术数据。详情以 Google Public DNS 隐私说明为准。
VPN 节点、服务器托管、带宽和网络安全服务提供商仅为建立和传输您请求的连接而处理必要的 IP 地址、流量和技术信息；Apple 仅在您主动购买时处理交易。我们要求相应提供方仅为交付服务、安全防护或履行法律义务处理必要数据，不允许其将数据用于我们的广告、营销、画像、安装归因或跨 App 追踪。
8. 邀请、剪贴板与本机存储
邀请奖励是可选功能。邀请链接可能包含用于建立邀请关系的账号或邀请标识，您也可以手动填写邀请人 ID。应用不会读取剪贴板；只有在您主动点击“复制邀请链接”时，应用才会向剪贴板写入链接。邀请信息不会发送给第三方安装归因或二维码服务。
应用会在本机保存隐私同意状态、登录令牌、持久设备标识、公告读取状态、连接检测偏好，以及最多 40 条会话记录。会话记录包括节点、连接开始和结束时间、持续时长和延迟，仅用于向您展示历史，不上传到业务服务器。您可以在“我的 → 会话记录”中清空记录。
Packet Tunnel 可能在 App Group 中保存启动、停止和错误等本机技术日志，用于展示连接状态和排查故障。正式发行版不在这些日志中记录浏览内容或持久保存目的域名。卸载应用会清除由系统管理的本机应用数据。
9. 权限及我们不收集的数据
iOS 版本使用 Network Extension 的 packet-tunnel-provider 权限和 App Group，以创建系统 VPN 配置，并在主应用与 VPN 扩展之间交换配置和连接状态。第一次连接时，iOS 会显示系统 VPN 配置授权。
当前 iOS 版本不请求麦克风、相机、照片、通讯录、精确位置或广告追踪权限，不收集健康、音频、照片或通讯录数据，也不会读取剪贴板内容。
10. 数据出售、追踪与跨境处理
我们不出售或出租个人信息，不进行定向广告，不使用 IDFA，不跨 App 或跨网站追踪用户。除交付您请求的 DNS 解析、VPN 节点和网络传输、服务器托管、安全防护、Apple 交易处理以及遵守法律所必需的处理外，我们不会向其他方提供个人信息。
您选择的 VPN 节点、DNS 服务和服务器可能位于不同国家或地区，相关连接数据可能在这些地点被实时处理。我们会根据实际提供服务的国家或地区采取适用的保护措施，并且不会在依法需要 VPN 许可而我们尚未取得相应授权的地区提供下载或服务。
11. 保存期限、账号注销与您的权利
VPN 流量按第 6 条实时处理，不在业务数据库留存。账号、设备、会员和安全信息仅在账号存续以及提供服务、安全防护和解决争议所需期间保存；订单和交易记录按照适用的税务、支付、退款和争议处理要求保存。目的完成或期限届满后，我们会删除或不可逆匿名化，法律另有要求的除外。
您可以在应用内查看或更正邮箱，在“我的 → 会话记录”清空本机记录，并在“我的 → 设置 → 账号注销”发起账号删除。注销前可能需要完成身份核验并处理未完成订单、剩余权益、退款或争议。注销完成后，法律无需保留的可识别账号数据将被删除或不可逆匿名化。
您也可以发送邮件至 kunpengvpn@gmail.com，申请访问、更正、删除或获取个人信息副本，撤回可撤回的同意，或提出隐私投诉。为保护账号安全，我们可能进行合理的身份验证。若您撤回提供核心 VPN 服务所必需的数据处理同意，您需要停止使用服务并可以申请注销账号。
12. 数据安全、未成年人及政策更新
我们采取传输保护、访问控制、权限限制、数据最小化和安全审计等合理措施保护信息，但任何网络传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。
本服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童，或其所在地法律规定的更高最低年龄人群。监护人如认为未成年人未经适当授权提供了信息，请联系我们申请删除。
如果数据类型、处理目的、参与服务的提供方或您的权利发生重大变化，我们会更新本页面的日期，并通过应用内提示或其他适当方式通知。最新版政策始终公开发布于 https://kpjiasu.com/privacy.html。

This Policy is issued by ROC Acceleration Technology Co., Limited (Kunpeng Acceleration Technology Co., Limited, Hong Kong, China; Business Registration No. 77340182; “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to the Kunpeng Accelerator iOS app, our official website, and related VPN acceleration services. Please read it before creating an account, purchasing a plan, or connecting the VPN. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the services.
VPN data commitment
VPN data is used only to deliver the VPN connection you request. We do not sell VPN usage data or use it for advertising, marketing, profiling, install attribution, or cross-app/cross-site tracking, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own use. We do not use the data for any other purpose except technical processing strictly necessary for the DNS resolution, VPN nodes, network transport, security protection, and Apple transaction processing you request.
1. Apple App Store Compliance
The iOS client establishes its VPN through Apple’s official Network Extension Packet Tunnel capability and does not use private APIs. The app is offered through an Apple Developer account enrolled as an organization. Before a user purchases or uses the VPN service, the app presents a privacy notice describing the data processed, the purposes, and the necessary providers involved.
We comply with Apple App Review Guideline 5.4. We do not use VPN functionality for ad injection, traffic hijacking, behavioral profiling, or processing unrelated to core VPN functionality. We do not sell, rent, or provide user data to third parties for their own advertising, marketing, analytics, attribution, or tracking purposes.
2. App Store Privacy Summary
The current version does not track users, does not call App Tracking Transparency (ATT), does not use IDFA, and contains no third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or install-attribution SDK. The App Store privacy disclosure should identify the following five categories as linked to the account, used only for App Functionality, and not used for tracking:

3. Account, Authentication, and Device Information
After you accept the in-app privacy notice, the app creates a basic account and processes a membership/account identifier, persistent device identifier, device platform, device model or system name, operating-system version, app version, and channel identifier. These are used for account creation, sessions, device management, compatibility, account security, and abuse prevention. The persistent identifier may come from an identifier available from the system; if unavailable, the app generates a random identifier and stores it on the device.
Email is optional. When you link an email, sign in, change a password, or recover an account, we process the email, password, email verification code, and authentication token for identity verification, password management, security notices, and support. Do not disclose a password or verification code to another person.
4. Membership, Orders, and Apple In-App Purchases
To display and deliver membership service, we process membership status, plan or price identifier, amount, service duration, order status, purchase time, and order history. The current app sells repeatable purchases of membership time and does not renew them automatically without a confirmed purchase.
For an App Store purchase, Apple processes your Apple ID and payment method. The app and server process product ID, transaction ID, original transaction ID, purchase date, Bundle ID, signed transaction data or receipt, and verification result to verify the transaction with Apple, prevent duplicate fulfillment, add service time, and handle refunds or disputes. We do not receive a full payment-card number or card security code. Apple processes transaction data under its Privacy Policy.
5. Service Interactions and Business-Network Data
The app processes your selected region and node, device list, daily check-in state, inviter ID, invite and reward state, notice-read state, membership status, and order queries to provide features you request.
When the app calls account, node, order, or diagnostic APIs, the business server receives the IP address, request time, API path, response status, and authentication token necessary to deliver a response, authenticate, prevent abuse, protect security, and troubleshoot. Business API data does not contain the websites you access through the VPN.
6. How VPN Traffic Is Processed
A VPN is created only after you select a node and tap Connect. To provide the service, the on-device Apple Network Extension Packet Tunnel, your selected VPN node, and necessary network infrastructure process IP packets, source and destination IP addresses, destination domains, ports, protocols, DNS requests, connection time, and encrypted network traffic in real time. Domain sniffing is used only to restore a real domain from a system-generated virtual address and select the correct route.
This processing is limited to tunnel establishment, DNS resolution, encrypted transport, direct/proxy route selection, and returning responses to the device. The production service does not create browsing profiles, use VPN traffic for advertising, analytics, attribution, or tracking, or sell VPN usage data. Content protected by end-to-end protocols such as HTTPS remains protected by those protocols.
We do not retain browsing history, packet contents, destination history, or DNS-query history in our business database. Network and security systems may create minimal temporary technical records to address failures, attacks, or legal obligations. Access is restricted, and those records are deleted or irreversibly anonymized when the relevant purpose is complete.
7. DNS, Nodes, and Necessary Service Providers
The current iOS version uses DNSPod encrypted public DNS (1.12.12.12) and Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8), depending on routing, to resolve domains. A DNS service processes the queried domain, query time, and network address necessary to answer. DNS requests for non-mainland destinations are forwarded through the selected VPN node.
Google states that temporary DNS logs containing an IP address and query details are generally deleted within 24–48 hours, but may be retained longer to address security or abuse, and that aggregate technical data with the IP address removed may be retained. See Google Public DNS Privacy for current details.
VPN nodes and hosting, bandwidth, and network-security providers process only the IP addresses, traffic, and technical information necessary to establish and carry the connection you request. Apple processes a transaction only when you choose to make a purchase. We require relevant providers to process only what is necessary for service delivery, security, or legal obligations and do not permit them to use the data for our advertising, marketing, profiling, install attribution, or cross-app tracking.
8. Invites, Clipboard, and On-Device Storage
Invite rewards are optional. An invite link may contain an account or invite identifier needed to establish the relationship, and you can enter an inviter ID manually. The app does not read the clipboard. It writes a link only after you tap Copy Invite Link. Invite information is not sent to a third-party install-attribution or QR-code service.
The app stores on the device the privacy-consent state, authentication token, persistent device identifier, notice-read state, connection-check preference, and up to 40 session entries. A session entry contains the node, start and end time, duration, and latency. It is used only to show history to you and is not uploaded to the business server. You can clear it under Me → Sessions.
The Packet Tunnel may keep on-device start, stop, and error entries in the App Group for connection status and troubleshooting. The production release does not record browsing content or persist destination domains in these logs. Uninstalling the app clears system-managed local app data.
9. Permissions and Data We Do Not Collect
The iOS version uses the Network Extension packet-tunnel-provider entitlement and an App Group to create the system VPN configuration and exchange configuration and connection status between the main app and VPN extension. iOS displays its system VPN-configuration authorization the first time you connect.
The current iOS version does not request microphone, camera, Photos, Contacts, precise location, or advertising-tracking permission; does not collect health, audio, photo, or contact data; and does not read clipboard content.
10. Sale, Tracking, and International Processing
We do not sell or rent personal information, conduct targeted advertising, use IDFA, or track users across apps or websites. We do not provide personal information to another party except for processing necessary to deliver the DNS resolution, VPN nodes and network transport, hosting, security protection, Apple transaction processing, or legal compliance you request.
Your selected VPN node, DNS service, and server may be in different countries or regions, so relevant connection data may be processed there in real time. We apply protections required in the countries or regions where service is actually offered and do not offer downloads or service in a territory requiring a VPN license unless we hold the required authorization.
11. Retention, Account Deletion, and Your Rights
VPN traffic is processed in real time as described in Section 6 and is not retained in our business database. Account, device, membership, and security information is retained only while the account exists and as needed for service, security, and dispute resolution. Order and transaction records are retained as required for tax, payment, refund, and dispute obligations. When the purpose or period ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized unless law requires otherwise.
You can review or correct an email in the app, clear local records under Me → Sessions, and initiate deletion under Me → Settings → Delete Account. Identity verification and resolution of pending orders, remaining benefits, refunds, or disputes may be required first. After deletion, identifiable account data not legally required is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
You may also email kunpengvpn@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; withdraw consent where available; or submit a privacy complaint. We may reasonably verify identity to protect the account. If you withdraw consent necessary to provide the core VPN service, you must stop using the service and may request account deletion.
12. Security, Children, and Policy Updates
We use reasonable transport protection, access controls, permission limits, data minimization, and security review to protect information, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
The service is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required by local law. A guardian who believes a child provided information without appropriate authorization may contact us to request deletion.
If there is a material change to data categories, purposes, participating providers, or your rights, we will revise the date on this page and provide an in-app or other appropriate notice. The current version is always publicly available at https://kpjiasu.com/privacy.html.
